Our lending division provides non recourse, first lien notes on both Commercial and Investment Residential. We specialize in acquisitions, working capital business loans, bridge financing, and short term refinancing for seasoning, repositioning and property stabilization. This is possible because our funding is private capital rather than a mortgage fund that has a specific mandate to only lend on certain assets classes and certain borrowers that meet specific previously outlined criteria. We provide bridge financing on commercial office, mix use, retail, hospitality, light industrial, warehouse, self storage as well as investment residential multi family and single family properties. We also provide capital on non traditional asset classes including Non US- Based Equity Securities as well as JV Equity & Mezzanine financing depending on the needs of our clients and the location of their assets. We also provide clients with syndication and capital raising services for development and construction projects, refinancing. Holland & Hodge Capital Partners LLC leverages an extensive network of family offices, institutional investors, private equity firms, insurance companies, pension funds and other private lenders to broker debt capital to meet our client’s capital requirements. Our experienced team of research analysts and consultants provide our clients the Advisory Services and deliverables needed to be successful. AFTER WE RECEIVE AND REVIEW YOUR COMMERCIAL LOAN APPLICATION, WE PROVIDE A CLEAR AND COMPETITIVE LOI. IN THE PRE-APPROVAL FORM, WE ASK FOR BASIC DETAILS OF YOUR LOAN REQUEST INCLUDING A DESCRIPTION OF THE COLLATERAL. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION:

 

  • Deadlines and dates which are critical to the transaction
  • The specific property address
  • Whether the loan is for a property acquisition or refinancing of an existing lo/acquisition price of the property
  • The intended renovation budget if applicable
  • Any debt/liens against the property?
