We also provide clients with syndication and capital raising services for development and construction projects, refinancing. How It Works


After we receive and review your commercial loan application, we provide a clear and competitive LOI. In the pre-approval form, we ask for basic details of your loan request including a description of the collateral. Please be prepared to provide the documentation:

 

  • Deadlines and dates which are critical to the transaction
  • The specific property address
  • Whether the loan is for a property acquisition or refinancing of an existing lo/acquisition price of the property
  • The intended renovation budget if applicable
  • Any debt/liens against the property?
  • How much equity is the sponsor putting into the project?
  • What is the fair market and fire sale value of the property?
  • Experience of the borrowers or Sponsor
  • Is the Sponsor providing Personal Guarantees?
  • Detailed information on the Subject Property and all Cross Collateral
